Pork Chop Stuffing Bake

- 4 pork chops bone-in or thick-cut boneless
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1.5 cups chicken broth
- 6 oz stuffing mix e.g., Stove Top or homemade
Prepare the Pork Chops
Preheat your oven to 400°F (190°C).
Pat pork chops dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
Sauté the Veggies
In the same skillet, melt 2 tbsp butter.
Add the chopped celery and onion, cooking for about 5 minutes until softened and fragrant.
Prepare the Stuffing
In the same pot, combine stuffing mix, sautéed veggies, and chicken broth. Stir until evenly moistened but not soggy.
Assemble the Bake
Grease a baking dish and spread the stuffing mixture evenly across the bottom.
Place the seared pork chops on top of the stuffing.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the pork chops reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Serve and Enjoy
Let the bake rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
