Pasta & Cream:
- 8 oz lasagna noodles broken into bite-sized pieces
- 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese

Sauté Aromatics
In a large pot, heat some oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and sauté for 3-4 minutes, until softened.
Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
Cook the Meat
Add ground beef and Italian sausage to the pot. Season with half the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cook until browned, breaking up the meat as it cooks. Drain excess fat.
Build the Soup Base
Stir in the tomato paste and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Then, add the chicken broth, spaghetti sauce, and remaining seasonings. Stir well and bring to a simmer.
Finish with Cream & Cheese
Once the noodles are cooked, stir in the heavy cream and let it heat through for 2-3 minutes.
Then, mix in mozzarella and parmesan cheeses, or sprinkle them on top before serving.
