- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1/2 tsp salt

Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, red onion, cilantro, minced garlic, and all the spices. Mix gently, being careful not to overwork the meat.
Cook the Burgers:
Grill: Preheat the grill to medium heat. Cook the patties for 5-6 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Pan-Fry: Heat a skillet over medium heat with a little oil. Cook the patties for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
Bake: Preheat the oven to 375°F. Place the patties on a baking sheet and cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Make the Chipotle Sauce
Blend together the yogurt, mayo, chipotle peppers, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
Assemble the Burgers
Toast the buns. Spread a generous layer of chipotle sauce on the bottom bun, add the turkey patty, and top with your favorite toppings (lettuce, tomato, avocado, or pepper jack cheese). Drizzle more sauce on top and add the top bun.
