Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb frozen pre-cooked shrimp thawed and chopped
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced tomato
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 jalapeño diced (optional)
  • 3 limes juiced
  • 2-3 tsp salt adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Thaw and Prepare Shrimp: If frozen, rinse the shrimp under cold water and pat dry. Chop into bite-sized pieces.
  • Chop Veggies: Dice the red onion, cucumber, tomato, and jalapeño. Chop the cilantro finely.
  • Combine Ingredients: In a large bowl, mix the shrimp, red onion, cucumber, tomato, cilantro, and jalapeño.
  • Add Lime Juice & Salt: Pour fresh lime juice over the mixture and season with salt. Stir well to combine.
  • Let It Marinate: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.
  • Serve & Enjoy: Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve chilled with tortilla chips, tostadas, or as a taco filling.
