- 1 lb frozen pre-cooked shrimp thawed and chopped
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup diced tomato
- 1 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 jalapeño diced (optional)
- 3 limes juiced
- 2-3 tsp salt adjust to taste
