Crab Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Imitation Crab
  • ¼ cup Cucumber
  • ¼ cup Celery
  • ¼ cup Onion
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbps Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • First, roughly chop or pull apart your imitation crab meat.
  • Then, finely dice the onion, celery, and cucumber,
  • Add all of the chopped ingredients into a large mixing bowl before adding in your mayonnaise, sriracha, rice vinegar, sugar, and salt and pepper.
  • Mix everything together until everything is well combined.
  • Taste and adjust the ingredients as necessary to your liking.
  • Let cool in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before serving.
