- 12 oz Chicken Apple Sausage
- 1 Sweet Potato Large
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 2 cups Brussels Sprouts sliced
- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
Seasoning Mix
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- Salt and Pepper
- Olive Oil
Preheat the oven to 425℉.
Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or spray it with cooking oil.
Slice the chicken sausages into even slices.
Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into bite-sized cubes.
Slice the brussels sprouts, onion, and bell pepper and arrange all the ingredients on the prepared sheet pan. Ensure even distribution.
Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, Italian seasoning, minced garlic, salt and pepper on the ingredients. Drizzle olive oil over the top before mixing all together until the seasoning is well coated.
Place the sheet pan in the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the sausages are cooked through and the veggies are tender.
