Butter Chicken Tacos

Ingredients
  

  • 15 oz Patak's Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce
  • 2 Chicken Breast
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Garam Masala
  • 1 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1 tbsp Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • ½ tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • Mini Naan
  • Cilantro
  • Onion

Instructions
 

  • Slice your chicken breast into small bite-sized chunks and add them to a mixing bowl or large plastic bag.
  • Season your chicken breast with garam masala, chili powder, turmeric, salt, black pepper, ginger paste, minced garlic, lemon juice, and yogurt.
  • Mix together until well combined and then let the mixture marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • When your chicken is finished marinating, melt your butter in a large saucepan.
  • Add your chicken to the pan and cook down until it is almost cooked through.
  • With a few minutes left on your chicken, pour in your Patak's Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce. Let that simmer and cook until your chicken is cooked all the way through.
  • While your chicken is simmering in the sauce, toast up your mini Nann in a seperate pan. You can also dice up some onions, cilantro, and other toppings.
  • Once your chicken is done cooking, assemble your tacos and enjoy!
