Slice your chicken breast into small bite-sized chunks and add them to a mixing bowl or large plastic bag.
Season your chicken breast with garam masala, chili powder, turmeric, salt, black pepper, ginger paste, minced garlic, lemon juice, and yogurt.
Mix together until well combined and then let the mixture marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
When your chicken is finished marinating, melt your butter in a large saucepan.
Add your chicken to the pan and cook down until it is almost cooked through.
With a few minutes left on your chicken, pour in your Patak's Butter Chicken Simmer Sauce. Let that simmer and cook until your chicken is cooked all the way through.
While your chicken is simmering in the sauce, toast up your mini Nann in a seperate pan. You can also dice up some onions, cilantro, and other toppings.
Once your chicken is done cooking, assemble your tacos and enjoy!
