Ingredients
  

Shrimp Patties

  • 12 oz Shrimp Peeled and deveined
  • cup Onion finely diced
  • cup Bell Pepper finely diced
  • 2 tbsp Mayo
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Egg
  • cup Italian Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tbsp Minced Garlic
  • 2 tsp Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • Vegetable Oil

Bang Bang Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha adjust to taste
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar

Instructions
 

Preparing the Shrimp Mixture

  • Finely chop the shrimp, leaving some small chunks for texture.
  • Combine chopped shrimp, Italian breadcrumbs, egg, onions, bell pepper, mayo, Dijon mustard, garlic, Cajun seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and black pepper in a large bowl. Mix well.

Forming and Cooking the Shrimp Patties

  • Form the mixture into patties. Place on a plate and chill in the fridge for 15-20 minutes.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook patties for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.

Making the Bang Bang Sauce

  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, Sriracha, and rice vinegar until smooth.
  • Taste and adjust Sriracha for desired spiciness.
