Asian Chopped Salad

- ½ head Green Cabbage
- ½ head Red Cabbage
- 1 Bell Pepper
- 2 Mini Cucumbers
- ⅓ cup Cashews
- ½ Avocado large
- ⅓ cup Shredded Carrots
First, wash all of your vegetables and pat them dry before you start chopping.
Start to chop the green and red cabbage first. Make sure to remove the pit from the inside as that is very difficult to chew.
Chop the rest of your ingredients into bite-sized squares and add them all into a large mixing bowl.
Stir the ingredients together until everything is well distributed.
Drizzle on your salad dressing of choice and enjoy.
